- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to drive-thru! Slooooow AF!!! I pushed the call button ay least 10 times. No answer. Absolutely ridiculous! I am still sitting here after 10 minutes....UPDATE: Finally the guy answered. I asked if he could cash my check. He sent it back!!! I said, "so you aren't gonna cash it!?" He says, "oh, you wanted to cash it?" No dipshit. I just thought I would send it & sit here for the hell of it!!! I said, "forget it!!!" And I left. Pissed!!! I called the branch & told them what happened. They apologized profusely. I have never had a problem with Chase, but this was unacceptable!!
