- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went there on a Saturday to Schedule a Wire Transfer for Monday (since I have to work like normal people). After sitting around waiting to be called, while I listened to the wrong just chatting with other people instead of doing her job, I got called up and was told I can't do a wire transfer on a Saturday, which is not what I was asking her to do, and I had successfully scheduled a wire transfer a few weeks prior (at a different Suntrust location) successfully. I don't think she knows what she was doing and didn't listen to what I was saying at all. And with all the time she wasted she caused me not to be able to go to another branch to find someone more intelligent to schedule the transfer. Now I'm going to have to take time off work to initiate transfer in person (which is a waste of my time) on Monday. Whatever you do, don't visit this branch, they hire un-intelligent people there. I might have to switch banks that values my time more than Suntrust does.By Dylan Young, April 24, 2017
