- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ms. Decastro failed in almost every possible way to achieve what I had set to do at the initial meeting with her. She entered in the wrong date of birth (even though I provided my driver's license, passport, and marriage license), signed us up for the wrong credit card which had to be closed, and when contacted about the credit card issue did not assume any responsibility for her mistake... I've made countless calls to PNC customer service and of course these issues have to be resolved at the local branch. Spare yourself the headache and either don't use PNC or at least don't go to this branch...By Natalie Rosario, April 29, 2017
