  Stood in what I thought was a fairly short line outside the building but waited for what seemed an eternity. Got in the door and got a number and told to wait outside again for my number to be called. Then the sprinklers came on, wetting everyone in line and those waiting to hear their is called. The only redeeming fact is that it was pretty quick once my # was called.

  ehh. It's tiny and PACKED. I also asked for the drivers manual and they just told me to find it myself online.I rather drive to the one up around Tequesta, which there Is pretty empty and waited about 5 minutes.

  Not only did i wake up at 6am just to wait outside for a whole 3 hours when i got in the staff was extra loud and extra rude. my number was called quickly and prior to me coming i read the website and saw that i had to bring either a social or birth certificate and paystubs . i brought my social and my paystubs. when i got to the desk the loud black lady said i could t take it because i didnt have a social . i couldnt even get my own ID. this is the second time that dealership has rejected me and ill be sure i wont make that mistake in coming in a 3rd. Whoever owns tthat company needs to fire half the workers there and get new staff. because if i didnt know any better i should of had a few bodies dropped . ! just for lack of respect
