- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I took my taxes to Dezzard Services back in 2010 and I presented all my documents for him to file. In 2011, I received a letter from the IRS stating that I owe over $7,000 for not filing two of my income. AND I was a victim of identity theft. After three long and grueling years of fighting with Dezzard Services and their "Insurance" company, Protection Plus, they cant do anything for me but send a form for me to make monthly payments to the IRS to pay off the balance. Apparently, they had software issues in 2010 which affected a lot of peoples taxes. My two friends who also went to Dezzard also had to end up paying the IRS for his mistake (their amount wasn't as much as mine). I DO NOT recommend this tax service to anyone and I do not wish what happened to me upon anyone.By Kristina Arrieta, May 23, 2017
