  I was dealing with two ladies in the office about 2 years ago and they were great. In last 6 months I've been trying to get a homeowners quote and have them review why my rates are up. So I will start by saying I walked into an office full of inexperienced agents in which I felt I was dealing with kids. I asked to speak to a supervisor and a Vincent Mercado states he is the office manager in which was so rude he walked out of the conversation we were having. Let me just say what happen to the good agents and respect for the insured? Good Bye Allstate and Ms. Batten please stop calling my home. I have moved to Geico and Extremely happy. PS Mr. Vincent Mercado reviews are for customers not employees.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY: I received a quote from them for business insurance to secure an SBA loan. Larry Cruz told me that because I had questions about the quote and because I didn’t understand why a $200 premium was changed to $500 and the entire annual premium was due in a lump some that I was not a fit for All-State and hung up on me. He also told me that they have plenty of clients and that they don’t need my business. After being shrugged off by Ann-Marie Batten, an office manager reached out and told me he could help. It has been 3 weeks since I first contacted them, they don’t return calls or emails. All I want them to do is take my payment info and secure the policy for the quote I have in my hand and they won’t. This is not a company that should be in business. They are unprofessional and should not be trusted.

  I had my homeowner's policy and my auto policies with another company for over 20 years. I switched to Allstate because Ann Marie was so knowledgeable about all of her products. She reviewed all of my policies and really listened to me so that she understood my current needs. I now have better coverage for less money. I am so happy! If you need insurance I highly recommend that you deal with Ann Marie Batten.
