  The management staff its either incompetent or shady as hell. told us we needed gate clickers for a $36 "deposit". When I moved out I found I had "purchased" them. They also told me i had to go through the post office to get my mail key and when I came and told them that wasn't the case, told me something completely different and swore they had never said what they had!

  Seriously fire who ever tags the cars... park in a guest spot over night and get a tow warning, park in your own spot and get a tow warning. I get it you have no parking but seriously the lot is empty on weekdays, isn't there something better you guys can be doing

  I have lived here for going on four years. The HOA management is incredibly uncaring toward renters and I doubt any better to owners. The property is poorly kept when you look close. The amenities are so so and the clubhouse and amenities inside are off-limits except M-F during business hours. The location is the only reason I'm still here as I work less than 2 miles away. Stay away from the leasing office and look for a private owner unless you have money to burn $$$$. The leasing office staff is great but you will still have to deal with the HOA management which will drag you down.

  I moved in sight unseen and learned a big lesson. The apartment was dirty. Several things were broken. After several attempts of getting them to address, I ended up just fixing myself. Management is unprofessional and rude. For the price you pay to live here, you'd expect a much nicer place. If you do move here make sure you thoroughly investigate your unit and get everything fixed prior to moving in. Also make sure you read your lease because what they sell as a 12 month is actually a 13 month lease. Renter beware.

  Pretty cool place. Some ghetto people here and there. Had little issue with one security guard. He was pretty shady.
