  Royal Pawn & Jewelry is amazing, they helped me out when I had questions about some jewelry my grandmother left me and my sister. They were friendly and knowledgeable, this was actually the third pawn shop I went to because no one seemed to know what they were talking about and they were offering almost nothing on some very expensive pieces. They gave me the best price and were respectful. I highly recommend this place and I'm glad I looked around and found them.

  I love this pawn shop! The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I needed money quick and got a great price on my stuff. They explained why I was given the price for my gold. Which is nice to know. I've also done gun transfers through them and that process was great. They called me when my gun arrived and told me when I could pick it up due to the 5 business day waiting period for not having a CWP. I picked it up and had a great experience. Only cost $30 for the transfer. Highly recommend this place!

  The service was absolutely appalling. Normally, I don't bother writing reviews, but the experience was so terrible, I just couldn't let it go. I have simply never been exposed to such unprofessional or rude employees before, and I will NEVER return there. I also implore anyone else passing this store to avoid it like the plague unless you like being treated like you're a waste of their time unless you're going to make hasty decisions to give them the business they want.
